Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Banko Gotiti

The Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia produces some of the finest coffees in the world, and this coffee demonstrates many of the characteristics the region is known for. This wet process Ethiopian produces Gesha-like floral aromatics, with transparent sweetness and tropical candy fruit accents. It is perfectly suited for a pour over, showcasing notes of agave, mango, jasmine, and lemonade.

This coffee comes from the Banko Gotiti washing station, which processes coffee from over 300 small farms in the area. These farms are all growing coffee at altitudes of 1900-2000 meters, contributing to the coffees complexity. This is a grade 1, hand sorted coffee. Grade 1 is the highest grade of coffee coming out Ethiopia.
